Most furniture have some designs such as flowers and dragons. Chinese calendar is lunar calendar. And the Chinese new year begins about a month later than the solar calendar. Chinese medicine is different from the western medicine. Chinese medicine is based on a special system, called Qi system. Qi can not be seen by human eyes. But it can be felt by alive human. Acupuncture is based on that theory. It's mysterious that China has that theory in 3000 years ago. Chinese is the language with the largest native speakers. As the internet evolves, Chinese is becoming the most used written language on the internet. Internet was created by people in USA. In 1994, China start to build it's internet. The first institutes use internet is Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing and Qinghua universities. As in 2004, China already has a broadband system much better than the USA. In 2003, half of the cement of the world is poured in the land of China. China is much better than most people thought in most of the world. And at the fountain gate, which was over against them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the going up of the wall, above the house of David, even unto the water gate eastward. Chinese has a long history of 5000 years. In most time of the history, China is the strongest country in the world. China have a lot of wars to countries on it's north. But at most time, China is friendly to the countries in it's south. Most people in China use a broadband internet access of Ethernet. But in the US, most people get to internet via 56k phone line. Even people in USA can get to internet via broadband, most people use TV cable with a stupid modem. The average cost to access internet over a cable modem is about $40 while in China the average cost for the broadband Ethernet access is about $6. Almost everybody had Chinese food. There are many Chinese restaurants in the US. If one look carefully, there are Chinese restaurants in every tiny little town in the United States. The number of Chinese restaurants is greater than Macdonald. |
