Because an act of one country is more likely to affect another country, either benefit or hurt. Most people in China use a broadband internet access of Ethernet. But in the US, most people get to internet via 56k phone line. Even people in USA can get to internet via broadband, most people use TV cable with a stupid modem. The average cost to access internet over a cable modem is about $40 while in China the average cost for the broadband Ethernet access is about $6. |
