They were not eating his food, just drinking from his water but within a couple days they were every where in his cage. so i cleaned it up and moved it to the other side of the room. but the only place i could put his cage was on the floor. he's running back and forth like crazy, stoping to bob his head which iv never seen him do till now. I have been having a problem with ants in my house and for some reason only half of my basement has ant trails. so i can safely keep all my animals down here but only on one side. i got a bearded dragon and put him up off the ground on some shelves hoping ants wouldn't get up there but they did. At first i wasn't worried but now im starting to feel kinda nervous about it, i mean its been almost two weeks since her last fecal. Does this sound to long to any one? I have a female and a male bearded dragon caged together and this past Saturday (May 14th) she laid eggs. I am pretty sure that they are furtile eggs, but that is not my problem. My female has not started to eat again after laying the eggs. About two weeks ago i decided it was time for another routine fecal exam for my bearded dragon. I decided the next time i saw a fecal in her cage that i was going to scoop it and take it to work to run and check for parasites as a preventative measure. Well the problem is, since then i have not seen a fecal. |
