I went with the home made incubator, and i did really well with it too 14 out of 16 hatched of the first clutch. would of been 15 but one baby drowned in his egg. he cut the slit in the egg then turns from the hole and drowned in his liquid. I removed it and now she has a tiny bit of red flesh protruding. I'm not sure what has happened, but she remains at a vey healthy weight and she is alert and eating. I'm hoping that she defecates soon so I can be a little relieved. She has been eating like a horse and continues to do so. Veggies are almost always fresh but are occasionally frozen. Her crickets are always gutloaded at home by me and are fed a diet of fresh veggies and flukers cricket feed. |
