I have been having a problem with ants in my house and for some reason only half of my basement has ant trails. so i can safely keep all my animals down here but only on one side. i got a bearded dragon and put him up off the ground on some shelves hoping ants wouldn't get up there but they did. Over the past week, my female dragon has been acting a little sluggish. She was in brumation for awhile, but that ended about a month ago. I took her out today and gave her a bath. I noticed that she had a build up of what looked like a mix of urate and sand around her anal pore. About two weeks ago i decided it was time for another routine fecal exam for my bearded dragon. I decided the next time i saw a fecal in her cage that i was going to scoop it and take it to work to run and check for parasites as a preventative measure. Well the problem is, since then i have not seen a fecal. Rebel, kind of has a boring cage setup.... I am short on money so I need ways of MAKING my own cage furniture and stuff. It's important to me that he is happy. I need things that are kinda easy, since I am not a great sculptor.... Any ideas? All is greatly appriciated! Thanks in advance! Oh and my AIM is c0mput3rtw34k3r if anyone wants to help me through Instant messanging! I removed it and now she has a tiny bit of red flesh protruding. I'm not sure what has happened, but she remains at a vey healthy weight and she is alert and eating. I'm hoping that she defecates soon so I can be a little relieved. It has almost been a week. My boyfriend seems to think that our male is being to dominate over the food that we put in the cage. We have tried to separate them and she just doesn't seem to be interested in any of the food, this concerns me because she was a pig before she laid the eggs even before we had the male. What should I do, please help I will try anything. |
