I went with the home made incubator, and i did really well with it too 14 out of 16 hatched of the first clutch. would of been 15 but one baby drowned in his egg. he cut the slit in the egg then turns from the hole and drowned in his liquid.

About two weeks ago i decided it was time for another routine fecal exam for my bearded dragon. I decided the next time i saw a fecal in her cage that i was going to scoop it and take it to work to run and check for parasites as a preventative measure. Well the problem is, since then i have not seen a fecal.

Why is he running around like crazy? i dont think he can really see any of the other animals. he's not doing it to me either.

It has almost been a week. My boyfriend seems to think that our male is being to dominate over the food that we put in the cage. We have tried to separate them and she just doesn't seem to be interested in any of the food, this concerns me because she was a pig before she laid the eggs even before we had the male. There is a cut on the sole of this foot which I have been cleaning every day with medical disinfectant swabs that the vet prescribed for reptile usage. I have had him at the vets for x-rays, and all his bones appear to be strong, no breakage anywhere. He had a bout of coccidia and pinworms last year that the vet prescribed Albon and Panacur, which was followed up with Acidophiliz to get his gut-flora rebalanced.

The only thing I can guess at is MBD, but the x-rays don't show anything. I'm now guessing bloodwork to determine if there is MBD and/or any infection as well as another fecal sample (which HAS been a while since the last one was done). Shed skin is NOT the culprit, as all digits are clear of skin, all the way down to the nails. Draconis is alert but does limp pitifully when he walks. This is really driving me batty.
